FUNNY STORY OF THE DAY!
Each morning I make a morning protein shake. I usually blend
ice, frozen blueberries, frozen spinach, protein powder, Greek yogurt, chia
seeds and water. It makes for a wonderful morning routine. This morning I was
rushing, trying to get ten things done at once. As I was adding everything into
the bullet, I plopped 1/8 of a cut of fat free Sour Cream into the mix before I
realized it was not Greek yogurt. Sigh…
I contemplated tossing it out and starting over. But no, I added
my 1/8 cut of Greek yogurt and went on like normal.
The drive to work, with my Queen playlist at a very loud volume was just fine, an extra creamy protein shake only added to the lovely morning!
