VALUE

A bottle of water at Costco is $0.25.

The same bottle in the supermarket is worth about $0.50.

The same bottle in a bar costs $2.

In a good restaurant or hotel it can be worth up to $3.

At an airport or on the plane, you may be charged $5.

The bottle and the brand is the same, the only thing that changes is the place. Each place gives a different value to the same product.

When you feel like you are worth nothing and everyone around you belittles you, change places, do not stay there.

Have the courage to change places and go to a place where you are given the value you deserve. Surround yourself with people who really appreciate your worth.

GRATITUDE

MISSPLACED

A co-worker asked me: "Why do adult women belch out loud/"

I replied: " I do not know the answer to that question, I think, like respect, the art of being Lady Like has been miss-placed."

A CHRISTMAS REQUEST

When my children were growing up we had a darling advent calendar. Their Grandmother had given it to us. Every December 1st, the holiday ritual would begin. And we all loved it so much. I have bought a couple of panels that I have never assembled, one that is beautiful, but not really child like Christmasy.
So yesterday when my daughter said that she wished she had one, like the one she grew up with.
I said “I would love to make you one!”
She sent me a link for the one she liked best, and I bought the pattern. I explained that this will be for next year, there are lots of parts to this charming project. But after looking at the diagrams and patterns,
it is very doable!
I think this is going to be wonderful!!

MY COOKIE MONSTER

♥️🍪♥️🍪♥️🍪♥️

FINDING THE HOUSE ON THE HILL

My great grandparents lived in the house on the hill. Grandma use to tell me stories about walking up all the steps up the hill. What I would give to chat with my grandma again, to write down her stories.
I have only one memory of my Nana, my great grandmother, she was in her kitchen, I remember hanging onto her apron. I must of been two. Papa, my great grandfather, I remember him more, he smoked a pipe. I loved sitting with him. He always looked so sad. I think he really missed my Nana after she was gone. I remember how I loved to hear them speak Italian. I loved the smell of the pipe. I loved the feeling of complete and unconditional love.
I sure loved my Grandma! She was so amazing.
I have been searching for the address for the house on the hill. Today I received the answer to my search.

My heart is happy! ♥️

BEAUTIFUL

Thank you so very much! I love them!♥️
