MEXICAN FOOD LOVE

I grew up on Mexican food, it’s part of life in the Southwest. Since I moved to the Midwest I have searched in vain for authentic Mexican. But alas, in my search, I have been so very disappointed. There was no decent salsa, no good enchiladas (red) sauce and no one has an idea how to make good carne asada. 

 

Heading back to Phoenix has been my only option to get real wonderful Mexican food.

ALFONSO’S TACO SHOP is new in town! I am tickled to say that their enchilada sauce is almost perfect, their salsa verde is super hot and miracle of miracles they make perfect carne asada! 

I’m happy and very full!
