My boss and I were
chatting this morning, he said that he thinks I have found my JOB FIT here in
the office. He said that I am good at what I do, and my clients adore me. This
made me stop and smile.
Job fit
Job fit is a concept
that refers to how well an employee is suited for his or her position.
Hiring employees who are the best fit for their positions is a great way for an
organization to decrease turnover and to improve employee retention rates.
