WHAT IS YOUR IKIGAI?

 


Your “reason for being” gives you a “reason to live.”

 

Ikigai is what, day after day and year after year, 

each of us most essentially lives for.

 

The 10 Rules of Ikigai

1.     Stay active; don’t retire.

2.     Take it slow.

3.     Don’t fill your stomach.

4.     Surround yourself with good friends.

5.     Get in shape for your next birthday.

6.     Smile.

7.     Reconnect with nature.

8.     Give thanks.

9.     Live in the moment.

10.   Follow your ikigai.

 


 I love studying natural healing, purposeful living, organic and ancient gardening, human behavior and ancient wisdom. The same truths come up over and over again, told in new and different ways. I believe there is so much to glean from our past, both ancient and recent past. Learning how it all fits into your life is such a wonderful adventure.
