I have a picture in my sewing room, that hangs above my day bed. It’s a large framed picture; 3 feet by four. The photo was taken of a cafe. The cafe is in Ile St. Louis, Paris. I love the black Lacquered French doors with their lace curtains. I love the Baguettes in the basket and the fresh flowers on the waiting bicycle. It’s simple and lovely. It goes perfectly with my Paper White pillows and the vintage lace on my windows. I love this room, it’s the perfect blend of beauty and creative chaos. It is my sanctuary. It delights me!
