Two Rules

My son and his lovely lady bought a house recently.
After they moved in, their rooms mates did too.
And all was well...for a while.
Then they had a little 'family meeting'.
My son said he has two rules;
1. Respect the House: You live here, take care of your home.
2. Respect those that live in the House: We are all adults, act like it.

Not everyone agreed with the rules.
Not everyone will be staying in the home.
