Yesterday was National Pi Day, among other fun observations! And although I do know that Pi is a mathematical/scientific observation, I love that it is celebrated with PIE!
I made lemon cheesecake pie in honor of the day. I had the opportunity to try Blueberry Pie for the first time. Co-workers also brought an apple pie, a cherry pie and a wonderful sweet potato pie.
And to close out the observance of National Pi Day, I do think I may bake a cherry cheesecake for my friend this weekend. After all, Pie is always a good idea!!!
