There are lots of articles
that say tea is a good way to calm both
body and spirit.
Well, my job is pretty stressful.
So I have been drinking tea.
I prefer iced tea, but when its chilly,
like today, I make it hot.
Well.... I wonder about this calming thing.
I make the tea:
feel confident that I am doing a good thing.
I add in some stevia:
because I like sweet, without the sugar.
I taste the tea:
burning my tongue.
I add ice to my tea:
still feeling confident.
At my desk I go through file after file of
Happy Stress:
that's what I do.
I drink my tea:
CALMING CALMING CALMING
I get up from my desk 74 times:
to run and tinkle all day long!!!
HOW IS THIS CALMING?
