Oh MAN

It was hard to leave my kids and my grandbaby. On top of that, airports stessss me out! So when we got to the rental car drop off, and locked the keys and the luggage in the car, my level of “doing ok” plummeted.
None of the parking attendants could help and told us to talk to the customer service rep. Ok, so we stood behind a man who was angry about the cost of the rental he was returning. Mind you, this was the return garage customer service attendant. So as I listened to the angry guy tell his story three times, to someone who could not help him, I stepped over that line… and let him know I am a Travel Agent. I instructed him in the number to call and where to find all the information he will need when he calls the rental agency. He thanked me and left. I let the customer service agent, Freddie, know that he did a great job. Then he called Aleena! Who unlocked the car and saved my day! Grateful for happy helpful people!
