None of the parking attendants could help and told us to talk to the customer service rep. Ok, so we stood behind a man who was angry about the cost of the rental he was returning. Mind you, this was the return garage customer service attendant. So as I listened to the angry guy tell his story three times, to someone who could not help him, I stepped over that line… and let him know I am a Travel Agent. I instructed him in the number to call and where to find all the information he will need when he calls the rental agency. He thanked me and left. I let the customer service agent, Freddie, know that he did a great job. Then he called Aleena! Who unlocked the car and saved my day! Grateful for happy helpful people!
