REALLY?

 I went into the salon this morning and waited for the lady in front of me to finish signing in. Her belongings were all over the sign in desk, including her disposable facial mask. As she stepped aside, so I could sign in, I pointed to the mask, laying on the sign in sheet (that everyone signs in on). She said “Oh, yes that is mine!” As she picked it up and put the community sign in pen down, to put the mask on, she said “Four of my friends that have had the covid vaccine, now have covid! So I am back to the mask!” She then lowered the mask to speak to the patron. My only thought was “REALLY?”
