FOOD FOR THOUGHT

Your diet is not only what you eat.
It is what you watch, what you listen to, what you read, the people you hang out with and the things you subject your mind and soul to.
Always be mindful of the things you put into your body emotionally, spiritually, and physically. 

Brain wave tests prove that when we use positive words, our “feel good” hormones flow. Positive self talk releases endorphins and serotonin in our brain, which then flow throughout our body, making us feel good. These neurotransmitters stop flowing when we use negative words.
