Affirmation
  1. Write down what you really want. [Why do you want this? To know and understand who you are and want to become as well as the things you want to achieve]
  2. Repeat your affirmations to yourself, out loud, every day. [Think if it as a mental success exercise that strengthens your life daily as you constantly move forward along your life path]
