Sleep

I can't sleep. I am very sleepy, but I can't fall back to sleep. I'm out of zzzquil. I do okay if I take a cute little pill before bed. Although when I sleep I have bad dreams, when I don't sleep...
I don't sleep. I have tried getting up and being productive, that just makes the exhaustion level so much worse the next day. But sine my trip is just a handful of days away, and I still have gift wrapping and travel packing to do... my mind won't shut up. I miss talking to my best friend before bed, I miss being lulled to sleep by the sounds of his routine. I'm too hot, I'm cold, I have to tinkle for the millionth time... I'll go buy zzzquil tomorrow. I'm so sleepy.
