I was 15 when my grandma turner 55. I thought she was old. At the time, I thought my mom was old at 34. How is it, that at the far edge of 54, I truly feel younger than I did when I was … well, in my twenties. Perhaps my sciatic is a sign of age. But truly, I had no idea that my 50s would feel this young.
