FIREWORKS

I love holidays, big ones, small ones, National and International holidays, even obscure holidays; like Half Birthdays. 

I love the excitement and the festivities. 

Not everyone shares my exuberance. And that is okay. 

But today is The 4th of July and I love it! I love it for all it stands for, for all it represents. 

Next year I will plan a big todo, and I’ll invite everyone. But tonight I will sit in my camp chair in my front yard and watch the fireworks light up the sky by myself. Because it’s a wonderful thing to feel the excitement of the celebration, just like you did as a child.
