1. Life Purposes (Ikigai)
Discover your purpose in life. Find something that makes you want to wake up each day. Passions, profession and contribution to this world. 
Your purpose fuels you. 

2. Continuous Improvement 
Focus on small improvements each day instead of trying to do everything at once. 

3. Pomodoro Technique
Work for 25 minutes without distractions, take a break for 5 minutes and then replete. Get projects done in less time and with a clearer head. 

4. 80%
Eat slowly. When you are 80% full, you will feel satisfied. This will also increase your energy level and improve your mood. 

5. Beginner’s Mind
Approach every task like a beginner with the same curiosity as if you were doing it for the first time, from work to relationships to personal growth. 

6. Beauty of Imperfection 
Embrace imperfection. Instead of stressing over every little detail, focus on what’s important and find beauty in simplicity.
