I drove to Nashville after work today. The weather was great! I saw two deer on the way and the traffic wasn’t bad. I spoke with my daughter as I drove and I have a swanky hotel room here at the Marriott, with valet parking. The tv says “Good Evening Angie”!
It’s nearly 11pm central time, I’ll leave in about an hour. I’m sleepy, but the excitement is bigger! My son is flying in tonight to spend a long weekend with me! I’m grateful to my darling daughter in law for encouraging him to come and to his new employer for letting him take vacation halfway through his first week on the job.
We have so much planned and no plans at all! I am so excited to see my boy!
