HAPPINESS

Numerous studies over the decades have shown that overthinking causes sadness, fosters negative biased thinking, saps motivation, and interferes with concentration and initiatives.
When a person has no dreams, there is no sense of purpose. A valued dream gives you something to work for and something to look forward to.
