KUDOS

I like to give random Kudos. I think we all need unexpected praise. The voices in our head are oftentimes critical, but unexpected praise or kudos does a lot for everyone’s self esteem.

I often comment on cute shoes and outfits. But it can be anything really. 

It just makes people feel good and it costs me nothing. 

I saw this in someone’s feed ant loved it. If we all shared kudos, we would all be a bit happier!
