COPING MECHANISMS

We all have our own personal quirks, or maybe we could call the “coping mechanisms”. Those things we do that help us deal with life. 
I suppose each one of us could have many, depending on our level of coping. 
One of my quirks, is to wash my hair. Silly, I know. But when my stress level hits a certain point, I just want to wash my hair. Yes, even if it’s already clean. There is just something so soothing about shampooing your hair. The water temperature, the solitude, the lather. Then there is the conditioner… it always smells good, it makes my hair slick and smooth. Then the fluffy towel. Finished by my favorite Mason-Pearson brush and a quick toss with my styling pick. 
All done, totally relaxed.
