Learning doesn’t
automatically make you more emotionally fit, though turning it into a regular
habit may help you stay mentally sharp. On the other hand, science substantiates that
people who love learning tend to have a sense of possibility and be more
mentally healthy later in life. Nudging yourself into learning opportunities,
as you’ll do in this activity, is one of the best ways to make your love of
