4 "S's"

Simplify: Break a task down into different components (for example, when hosting a party, one component would be to clean the house)
Small: Break down those components into smaller sections (start be cleaning the kitchen)
Short: Keep tasks short, so that they are more easily attainable and prevent burnout (i.e. take breaks)
Slow: Be present in the moment
 
Slow and steady.
