I flew into Kentuckianna 4 years ago
today.
I came to spend a week with my best
friend.
I was so excited.
As the plane landed in Evansville,
I was delighted and surprised to see how green
it was.
As we drove over the Ohio River into
Kentucky,
I was awestruck by the beauty of the green all
around me.
Spending a week in the woods, way out in the
country,
was a life changing magical event for me.
I am grateful to the Kentucky man who changed my
life.
I lost my heart in Kentucky on Flag Day.
This is always going to be my favorite holiday!
