Happiness is:
Being in tune with my inner self
(having that inner contentment with self)
Being cheerful with myself and others
(focusing on the positive)
Having my needs met
(love, friendship, daily life needs)
Moving forward toward the future
(interests and goals).
Three things that make me happy:
1. Being with my best friend
2. Spending time with my children
3. Adventures (enjoying my surroundings,
going new places & seeing new things)
