Disappointed : defeated in expectation or hope

Disappoint : to fail to meet the expectation or hope of

Frustrate: to defeat, induce feelings of discouragement, to make invalid, to bring to nothing

I try to not bring any of these words or actions into who I am or to those in my life. If I have, I am sorry. I have or will change what I am doing or the situation I am in.
