I
have not bought anything new for my kitchen in...well, forever!
But
when am Instapot Duo arrived at the cute little house...I was Delighted!
We
started off boiling water, and that was successful! We made Ham and Bean Soup.
The beans started out dry, but after 50 minutes, low and behold the soup was
perfect!
We
then used the air-fryer for French-fries and I was tickled that they were so
crispy and perfect.
Last
night I piled in the chicken breasts and added my salsa. I now know that I need
to add additional time for so many layers of meat. But I can tell you that the
chicken shredded beautifully. It made perfect Chicken Avocado Soft Tacos.
I
am tickled with my new kitchen toy!
