BARRELS

Each morning on my way to work, I drive past a very unassuming old warehouse. It’s old and not anything to look at. 

In fact, I would have said it was abandoned a few years ago. But low and behold, this is a a wooden barrel factory. I have seen the beautiful wooden product they make. I have watched trailers transporting the barrels and I long to own a few or even just one. 

Yesterday I saw a Jack Daniels trailer at this old factory. I was tickled to see that this little factory was making a great product that is being needed by a big name. Small business making it big!!! Made my heart happy!

DINNER WITH A FRIEND

I went to dinner with a friend last night. She is currently writing the end of one life chapter and starting the next. It was good to see her and catch up on the events of the past year, as well as the prospects of the new adventure. Cheers to moving forward!

I got to spend the day with Mayberry, and our adventure started at Target. My granddaughter has far better shopping restraints then I do. But since I have a Target card we were all set! 

Sidewalk chalk was the biggest hit of the day!

I am so blessed to get to play Grammy! It’s my very favorite job…ever!
