This was my go to throughout my twenties and part of my 30’s. I still feel the need to do tornado strength house cleaning when I listen to the album. Pretty sure all my kids dread it to this day. “Saturday Deep Cleaning” music here. 

Wonderful for a windows down country drive too. 

Turn it up! It is AWESOME 

It’s on my Spotify lineup, grateful to not need the cassette tape any more!

This is Tracey of Tracey’s Farmhouse.

Tracey is part of the MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience that I took part in, in her cottage on my recent Ireland tour with Luxury Gold.

We were in Northern Ireland’s Strangford Lough, just a half hour from Belfast. Tracey’s 17th  Century thatched cottage on the water’s edge, and it was a pure vision of charm.

Tracey welcomed us into her cozy home and

demonstration of how to make traditional Irish soda bread. It was not just educational but oh so entertaining. I loved how, with just two ingredients—buttermilk and flour— she taught us to measure with our hands… no other utensils, and make this iconic staple.

Tracey’s recipe is a testament to how a few fresh, local ingredients are all you need for this traditional treat. Then she provided a lovely tea.

I can not even begin to explain how this experience fulfilled so many childhood daydreams and bucket list items. It was pure and charming and magical.
