Yesterday John surprised me with Dinner on The “Spirit of Jasper” Train Ride!

It was on my bucket list, something I have always wanted to do!  

It was our celebration of a year since our first date! I was so surprised and we had such a wonderful time! 🌳🚂🌳🦌🐂🌳

I’m working on reading more, learning more.
I not only wanted to fill my every moment with something more than fluff,
but I wanted to have some intelligent thoughts when I speak to other humans.
I am reading top news of the day now
and I’m continuing my audio books on my daily commute,
but I have added TED talks back into my workout time.

A Nap and A Puppy

At 7am I’m finding it hard to pull myself out of bed. I’ve been mostly awake since before 6:00.
I think I would really like a nap, and a puppy. A warm soft fluffy puppy. Snuggles and a nap.
Then someone can take the puppy away because I don’t want that responsibility in my life.
And I’ll just spend the rest of the day doing fun things!
Okay OKAY IM GETTING UP NOW!
7:05 I’m getting out of bed to join REALITY, with no puppy.

Funny NOT Funny

A co-worker recently moved and was telling me that they do not have a fence around their yard yet, so they have to keep their dogs collar on to chain them in the yard. His dog has a tumor near her ear, causing her to get dizzy. They are looking into getting it taken care of. But, when the collar is on, the dog shakes her head and falls down. He said that in the new yard, when she shakes her head, she falls down and rolls down the hill. Now, this is not funny...but it is SO FUNNY! I advised him to record this action. teehee hee
