PLUM GIN

One of my favorite parts of my trip was going to “Tracey’s Farmhouse Kitchen”. I am sure I will continue to post about the wonderful experience, but I wanted to share one of her many talents. She makes plum gin! I am not a bathtub gin connoisseur, so I was glad to get a picture of her gin barrel! It was very lovely tasting… just one of Tracey’s many talents!
