Pancakes

I made peach pancakes for breakfast today.
I mixed in cottage cheese to make them more decadent.
They were sweet and fluffy and wonderful.
The butter melted all over them and I dusted them with powdered sugar.
I don’t normally like pancakes but theses were yummy!

(And as always, Emmaly, I made a tiny one for babe!)

T-Ball

My hat goes off to all the adults who put so much time and effort into coaching their children’s sport teams. These little kids at the t-ball game are learning to love the sport. They hopefully will learn to play the sport as well. But the parent coaches on the field are amazing!

TRAVEL BLISS

My job is very high pressure.
There is so much for keep tabs of for each account.
And no two accounts are the same.

But it may be one of the best jobs ever.
I get to be part of the planning for peoples dreams.

Today I got an email from Laura...she is delightful...
I love that she is old enough to be my mother yet she
wears wacky t-shirts and glasses and her vocabulary is Vast!!!
She drops into my office with treats occasionally.

She is in Alaska with her grown kids this week.
Today I received an email from her letting me know
that she LOVES Alaska.
It is her second trip there in two years.

I get so know my clients and in turn I fall in love with them.
Some end up being friends... what a perk.

I guess the stress of my job, in the long run, is so worth it.
Just to see the Travel Bliss!!!

I have heard of this several times in my life time.
But never tried it. I heard Lemoncello again today as I was on a call for an Italy tour.
This time I Googled it.
Interesting.
It made me miss my grandmother.
She had the most wonderful lemon tree.
As a child she taught me to love lemons.
I would love a grove of lemon trees.
Lemoncello is on my list to try.
