FOR SALE SIGN WHIPLASH

I went to work Thursday and nothing was out of the ordinary. I came home from work Thursday and there was a FOR SALE sign in my neighbors yard. 

I woke up Friday morning to an email from a realtor that said the house was pending.  I feel like I have “for  sale sign whiplash”.
