TRAVEL PLANNING
When you are looking to travel, you have lots of options on how to get your plans booked.
If you book your travel online, please be very careful to make sure you are aware of everything you are doing and getting. Because there usually is not an English speaking human to call for help if you need it.
Having a Travel Agent help you with your travel means you have a professional on your side.
Not only will you get their knowledge and expertise, but you will also have someone to turn to when there are travel hiccups big or small. A Travel Agent will be able to find you what you want, at a great price, with the security of knowing that you have someone looking out for you.
No matter how you book your travel keep in mind that Travel Insurance is ALWAYS a good idea. You never know what is going to happen when you are traveling, insurance protects not only your travel investment, but also your health and safety.
Also, remember to use common sense when traveling. Take your I.D., take your meds, take good walking shoes and a HAPPY ATTITUDE.

Love The Age
When I left work today, I walked out to the parking lot with one of the realtors in my building. We chit chatted, and she said she really liked my blouse. I thanked her, and confided that a co-worker said that the embellishments on it were that of an old lady. I totally disagreed with her. This lady I was walking with agreed with me and said she was an old lady and liked it. I said me too! She said but you aren’t old. I informed her I was a very young 51. She said she was almost 70 (she didn’t look it at all). Then she went on to say that she would have said that I looked 35! I thanked her. I like my age, it was an adventure getting here. I have earned all the laugh lines and wisdom gray. However, more than that, I like not looking or acting my 51 years!!!!

Great Info
From a surgical nurse and certified CPR teacher:
Please pause for 2 minutes and read this:
1. Let’s say it’s 7.25pm and you’re going home (alone of course) after an unusually hard day on the job.
2. You’re really tired, upset and frustrated.
3. Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to drag out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five km from the hospital nearest your home.
4. Unfortunately, you don’t know if you’ll be able to make it that far.
5. You have been trained in CPR, but the guy who taught the course did not tell you how to perform it on yourself.
6. HOW TO SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE? Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack without help, the person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.
7. However, these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and very vigorously. A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest. A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
8. Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a hospital.
9. Tell as many other people as possible about this. It could save their lives!!
10. A cardiologist says If everyone who gets this mail kindly sends it to 10 people, you can bet that we’ll save at least one life.
11. Rather than sending jokes, please... contribute by forwarding this mail which can save a person’s life.
12. If this message comes around you... more than once… please don’t get irritated... You should instead, be happy that you have many friends who care about you & keeps reminding you how to deal with a Heart attack.

Quote of The Day
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up.
The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.
Thomas Edison
Good Advice
Don’t settle until you find a guy who holds your hand proudly in public. Wait for the one who grabs you quickly when you step off the curb too soon.
Don’t settle until you find a guy who pulls you close to him in the middle of the night and hugs you tightly. Wait for the one who is careful to not wake you up in the morning when he needs to wake up earlier because he wants you to get your sleep.
Don’t settle until you find a guy who always places his hand around you, on your waist, on your thigh – in the car, on the couch, under the table in a restaurant… anytime, anywhere. Wait for the one who can’t keep his hands off you.
Don’t settle until you find a guy who makes you feel comfortable around him. Who builds up your confidence instead of tearing it down. Wait for the one who is passionate about everything in his life, his job, friends, and yet you are still their priority.
Don’t settle until you find a guy who makes you happy. Wait for the one who falls in love with your genuine smile and will do anything to make you laugh.
Wait for the one who will introduce you to his family and friends without holding back.
Don’t settle until you find a guy who never stops courting you and flirting with you. Someone who shows up with pizza, wine, and flowers at your door just because. Someone who understands the importance of home cooked meals, unexpected getaways, flirty texts, framed pictures, opening doors, and kisses and hugs in all the right times and places.
Don’t settle until you find a guy who is a ‘yes-guy.’ Wait for the one who doesn’t make you second-guess yourself. Someone who is true to his word and you know you can trust him every single time.
Don’t settle until you find a guy who never gets tired of kissing you on the forehead.
Someone who shows up for you no matter what.
Someone who plans his future with you.
Someone who never leaves you wondering where your relationship is headed.
Someone who adores you just like you are.
Someone who cheers you up after a bad day.
Someone who never gives up on you.
Wait for him.

A Night At The Races
TriState Speedway

(By the end of the final race I was covered in dirt, the woman next to me had consumed a 12 pack of beer and an entire pack of cigarettes. Definitely made it more interesting!)

The weather was perfect and the races were exciting! A great night!
There was even a driver and his car from Laveen, Arizona there last night.
I had a great time!!!
