I beleive this to be so very true.

Movie Night

I saw Game Night with a friend,
for the second time tonight.
I am loving Movie Pass.
It is the best spent $10 a month ever.
In the month of March,
I think I have seen 6 movies at the theater.
It is wonderful!!!

SATURDAY

It was pouring rain this morning. 
So I picked up breakfast for my co-workers.

A lady came into my office 
that has traveled to 
some exotic places, 
and done some amazing things.

After work, I came home to tackle my taxes. 
All told, about an hour and a half. I like to recheck everything several times. And I did. 
Glad that is over. 

I now have the rest of Saturday all to myself! 
Oh, where to start the fun!

SQUIRRELS

I love squirrels!
When I came to vacation in the midwest,
I was excited to see so many squirrels.
And delighted to watch that they truly do act
just like the animated squirrels in the
Disney movie "The Sword in The Stone".

It was the most wonderful discovery.
Since then I have been in love with them. 

There are a few squirrels near my home.
They are so fun to watch. 

On my way to work,
there is a charming house with large trees in its yard.
And there is a darling red squirrel thatscampers all over the yard and trees. 

In the past few days,
I have witnessed the spring flowers
 popping up along my path to work.
Spring is coming.
Yesterday, as I turned the corner,
near that charming house,
the red squirrel darted across the road ahead of me.
So, in my car, I told my little friend to stop 

running across the little road or he would get hurt. 

This morning...my darling red squirrel friend
was napping in the middle of the road. 

My heart broke. I am so very very sad.

because she was in his life. 
She stirred his blood 
and made everything in his world new.

CALMING TEA

There are lots of articles 
that say tea is a good way to calm both 
body and spirit. 
Well, my job is pretty stressful. 
So I have been drinking tea. 
I prefer iced tea, but when its chilly, 
like today, I make it hot. 
Well.... I wonder about this calming thing. 

I make the tea: 
feel confident that I am doing a good thing.

I add in some stevia: 
because I like sweet, without the sugar.

I taste the tea: 
burning my tongue.

I add ice to my tea: 
still feeling confident.

At my desk I go through file after file of 
Happy Stress: 
that's what I do.

I drink my tea: 
CALMING CALMING CALMING

I get up from my desk 74 times: 
to run and tinkle all day long!!!
